Clacton Airshow respects your privacy and we are keen to keep stored data to a minimum.

We have an opt in checkbox on our contact form if you would like to be contacted about future Airshows please ‘tick’ it to allow us to store your e-mail address. This is the only point of data collection on the website.

However, please note: the website includes links to other websites which are not necessarily covered by this Privacy Policy. In this event, we encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of such websites.

Whilst we use Google analytics, the tracking data it collects does not collect personal data.

Clacton Airshow website is created in WordPress, which can use ‘cookies.’  Cookies are small files that may be downloaded on your device when you access and use our Website. They allow the Website to recognise your device and store information about your preferences or past actions. Personal details can be saved in cookies, provided that you have consented. For example, cookies may be used to facilitate secure online access so that you do not need to enter your user ID and password again. Clacton Airshow website does not have a log-in for guests and so does not record this kind of data. Anonymous tracking data may be collected by third party plug-ins used on the site, however where identifiable data is collected we notify users, see above.

On Site

Clacton Airshow takes event photos to promote future events. Where we are photographing people directly we ask for permission to do so. You can retract your permission in writing at a future date by contacting us via our Contact Page.
